Career of Meltem Demirors
Exxon Mobil Corporation is an American multinational oil and gas company headquartered in Irving, Texas. She temporarily worked there as “Company Treasurer”.
After that, she was engaged in the renowned consulting company “Deloitte” as “Strategy & Operation Consultant”. She was employed by the company from 2009 to 2013. Meltem jumped at the chance when the company secured a higher education sponsorship program in 2012. However, she later decided to drop the consulting sponsorship and enrolled in the course using student loans.
After her undergraduate studies, Meltem enrolled in a full-time two-year MBA program at the famous “MIT Sloan School of Management” in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She was a member of the class of 2013-2015 and graduated in 2015 from MIT Sloan. She co-founded the MIT FinTech Club for prospective students and joined the “MIT Bitcoin Club” while attending business school.
She worked as a marketing consultant at “Elsen Inc.” in Boston, Massachusetts, from February 18, 2015 to May 15, 2015. Meltem first entered the cryptocurrency sector in 2015, when she was hired as a “Director of Development” at a New York-based venture capital firm after meeting with the CEO director and founder of DCG “Barry Silbert.”
From April 2015 to January 2018, Meltem Demirors was a founding team member of the “Digital Currency Group”.
