Katie Price slammed as cruel by furious fans as she ‘hits’ new puppy live on TikTok

KATIE Price has come under fire from fans for ‘hitting her new pooch’ – just months after animal campaigners begged her to be banned from owning pets.

Since 2017, the mother of five has had seven pets die in her care, the latest being her guardian dog Blade.

In the latest star controversy, Katie was seen raising her hand to her young German Shepherd named Tank during a TikTok live.

Tank misbehaved by sitting on Katie’s clothes as she told fans she was trying to “settle down” the kids and dogs.

“Get off,” she yelled at him.

“You’re sitting on my sweaters, the sweaters of my love that I love. Get off.

“Jesus Christ… Anyway, like I said…”

Katie was seen turning towards the dog in frustration with her hand in the air.

TikTok viewers then heard a ‘loud cluck’ while the dog was off-camera.

Joking with fans, Katie added: “It’s busy in here.”

Then her friend was heard saying in the background, “It’s like having a baby – actually worse. At least the baby would just sit.”

One viewer said: “Did she just hit her dog?”

Another replied: “Omggggg.”

Following the death of her previous dog Blade in June, Katie insisted she was “determined to keep Tank” out of harm’s way.

Blade hit the car near her home in the shocking crash on the A24, which is close to Katie’s home in East Sussex.

An online petition to prevent the star from owning pets followed, reaching 35,324 signatures.

Katie said at the time of Blade’s death: “Blade, my guard dog, unfortunately it upsets me to talk about it, but someone killed him, he wasn’t just run over. He was killed. There’s a police investigation into that.”

She then revealed she had been visited by the RSPCA, claiming the animal welfare charity had “no concerns”.

The former glamor model insisted there was a “deliberate target to kill Blade”.

The tragedy happened just seven months after another of Katie’s dogs, Sharon, died on the same road.

A year before that, a delivery driver hit her Alsatian Queenie, who had been given to her by ex Kieran Hayler for her 38th birthday.

In 2020, another Alsatian, Sparkle, was hit by a car after running away on the A24.

Months later, French bulldog Rolo suffocated after being crushed under a chair.

Katie also had to surrender the Alsatian who had lost control, Bear, because he was attacking other animals.

The Sun has contacted Katie for comment.
