What is Parivar Pehchan Patra? Let’s understand the scheme better

It was in 2020 when the scheme was introduced. It was implemented in September 2021. According to Parivar Pehchan Patra, each family is given a unique eight-digit identification number as a single unit. Families residing in Haryana must enroll in the Parivar Pehchan Patra to avail multiple social security schemes and government services.

Three channels, currently, can do PPP ID, namely, SARAL Kendras monitored by the state government, Joint Service Centers monitored by village level entrepreneurs and through PPP operators who are registered to collect data.

For the family, data is collected on the basis of the signed self-declaration of the adult member. Each data field is then checked separately through defined and customized procedures.

Multiple public welfare schemes like provision of subsidized rations given to BPL households, Divyang Pension, Mukhyamantru Antyodyay Parivar Utthan Yojana, Mukhyamantri Vivah Shagun Yojana, Old Age Samman Allowance, enrollment in educational institutions and others are also associated with it.
