Crash Bandicoot is back with friends Crash Team Rumble, a 4v4 online multiplayer game that pits classic Crash characters against each other in a surprisingly action-packed race to collect fruit. The spinoff confused fans when it was revealed at The Game Awards 2022, but the hype surrounding the title has only grown over the past few months.
A fun, chaotic mix of MOBA games, sports titles, party games and, of course, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Team Rumble could end up being one of the most fun multiplayer titles of the year. Maybe not Crash Bandicoot 5but it might be the smartest use of the IP since its early PlayStation days.
Longtime Crash Bandicoot fans are obviously wondering if their favorite characters will make it into the new game. From the announcements and hands-on experience playing the closed beta, here’s a list of all the characters we’ve confirmed will be in the game at launch.

Like any MOBA game, each playable character in the game will have their own set of special abilities to use in the arena. Team composition can be just as important as skill when dealing with a multiplayer game like this.

There will also be other Crash Bandicoot characters appearing in supporting roles. They won’t be playable, but you’ll still be able to see them while you play.

Crash Team Rumble releases June 20 for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It will have a beta version from April 20th to 24th. If you pre-order the game, you’ll have access to a limited-time closed beta from April 20th to April 26th.
