The video was posted on Instagram page ‘Surat Food Blogger’. It shows a man making “chilli ice cream” at a shop in Ahmedabad, Surat. The clip opens to show a man pouring cream over several chilies. Then he follows the steps of making ice cream rolls and creates a dish. The text insert on the video also explains that the dish came out “so hot”.
The video was released on August 11. Since it was shared, it has gone viral. So far, the video has garnered more than 1.7 million views. The sharing also prompted people to post different reactions.
“Instagram should also give a dislike button,” wrote an Instagram user. “Imagine you are eating spicy food and you want to cool down by eating ice cream. Then, your friend gives this ice cream,” commented another. “Throwing away money,” announced a third. “You all have to stop,” shared a fourth.
