Nicholas Sifu Alsup is one of the contestants on Survivor 45. The series premiered on September 27 on CBS.
“I want to do my best and I want to make sure that nothing is left unturned. I’ll belabor it, but there is a saying [goes], “I don’t want any ghost by my deathbed.” And from Nelson Mandela. You don’t want to say “what if”. You don’t want to say, “I shouldn’t have [dne] this or that.” And when I looked Survived“I drank all 40 seasons of it,” Nicholas said, “it turned me on, talking about why he wanted to join the show.” Parade. “I thought, “This is worth it. To prepare for the challenge, Nicholas had to fast, usually eating five to six meals a day. He worked out early in the morning, “around 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning I would get up, hit the treadmill, hit the stairs. And I would burn at least 2400 calories a day. People thought I was crazy. But they didn’t know why because nothing could really be said. They say, “Sifu, you’ve been to the gym four times today.” I said, “Well, I really enjoy it. I enjoy suffering.” I did a bit of a sauna workout because it’s incredibly hot here. So I just tried to replicate what I thought was going to be as much as possible seven days a week.”

Nicholas Sifu is no longer on the dating market and is actually engaged to his future wife Courtine Johnson. On Courtnie’s birthday in June 2023, Nicholas gushed about his wife-to-be, saying she is “the most amazing person I know and I feel so blessed to have you in my life.”

Nicholas shared on his Facebook that he proposed to his fiancee on May 25, 2022. They also surprised them with an engagement gift. The head chef at the country club in Key West treated them to the finest meal they had ever tasted.
In 2021, Nicholas and Courtnie closed on the house and became the proud owners.

Nicholas Sify Alsup claims that his father LeRoy Alsup is his biggest inspiration. LeRoy served in the Vietnam War and also taught his son Tai Chi. In his latest Facebook post, Nicholas said his father imparted wisdom seven years ago that has shaped his current journey.
