Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt, who was crowned Miss Utah USA 2023, competed in several pageants before she was able to secure the top honor at the USA pageant. The most recent event was held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno on September 29th.
The pageant is being held for the first time under the leadership of fashion designer Laylah Rose, who took over as president of the Miss USA organization last month after Crystal Stewart resigned amid suspicions the 2022 pageant was rigged in R’Bonney’s favor.
Miss Hawaii Savannah Gankiewicz took second place, followed by Miss Wisconsin Alexis Loomans, Miss Pennsylvania Jasmine Daniels and Miss Texas Lluvia Alzate.
Prior to Miss USA 2023, Noelia was crowned Miss Teen Florida United States of America in 2018. In 2020, she received the honor of Miss Alabama Collegiate America. She also represented Connecticut as Miss Connecticut Collegiate America at Miss Collegiate America in June 2021.
