PZ: I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends the most. I enjoy baking and cooking. I try to make healthier versions of certain foods. My favorite things to do in my spare time are working out, going out and staying in shape.

We: There’s still a little summer left. How can you ensure your body is ready for the beach?

PZ I think when you’re younger you become too obsessed with what you eat and how you look. You don’t listen and learn from yourself. Instead, I now listen to my body. It took me 34 years to find my body, and now I’m happy with it. I enjoy boxing, horse riding and hiking. To make everything fun.
