IT’S the game McDonald’s fans are going wild for – with prizes including £100,000 cash and a £2,000 holiday.
And one man decided to see what he ended up winning after spending a whopping £50 on fast food.

“I’ve just spent £50 on McDonald’s Monopoly to see what we’ll win,” Josh began his TikTok video.
Things were going well because, just minutes into the experiment, Josh exclaimed, “We only need one more yellow!”
But then he realized that Big Macs weren’t part of the Monopoly game.
“Why don’t Big Macs have a monopoly?” he was furious.

“I spent £6 on this and it doesn’t have a sticker.”
They then proceeded to tear off the stickers as Josh said: “Let’s get on TV – let’s win TV!
“We only have three left, so hopefully we can win.”
And then they got their first and only victory in the hunt – a quarter of a pound with cheese.
But if they re-record the video, Josh noted, all they need is “one more blue, one more red, and one more orange.”
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: “£50 at McDonald’s used to get you so much. Now it’s getting so expensive!”
“How’s that 50 pounds?” wrote another.
“For God’s sake!”
“Just spent £30 won £5, coke, cakes, nuggets, apple pie and a value meal!” commented a third.
While others shared their own tips on how to get the most out of a game of McDonald’s Monopoly.
“Be sure to keep your receipts, apparently if you win they ask for proof of purchase,” wrote one.
“If you go into the app, you can swap out the duplicates you have for others (random ones),” added another.
As a third commented, “If you get the app and scan tickets, every time you scan them in the app, you’ll get a free app shell that can help you collect more tickets.”
