Prime Minister Jean Castex said on Tuesday that he wanted to “widen as much as possible the obligation to wear masks in public places”, arguing that “if we do not act collectively, we are at great risk of a reversal of the epidemic”.
“It will restart the entire chain of health, medicine, city hospital services, it will also restart our economy, our education system, our collective life and culture,” Castex warned again, calling for “individual and collective response” and “vigorous”.
