A video of Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along showing off her culinary skills has gone viral on Xu (formerly known as Twitter). The video shows him cooking vada pav from the first. As expected, the video generated a lot of attention and prompted various comments from people. While some stated that the dish looked like their “mouths were watering”, others suggested dishes that the minister should prepare next.

“Thanks for waiting. Pesh hai T-Man wali special dish, safar vada pav ka, Mumbai se Kohima [Introducing T-Man’s special dish, journey of vada pav, from Mumbai to Kohima],” wrote Temjen Imna Along while sharing the video on X.
The video shows the minister chopping onions, green peppers and cloves of garlic. Boiled potatoes are also mashed. As the video progresses, the prep is seen taking out the pav from scratch. Towards the end, the minister and others present can be seen enjoying the vada pav.

The minister shared the video on X on October 9. It has since amassed more than 36,900 views, and the numbers are still growing. Many even commented on the video.
