Terence Edwards, who appears at MAFS UK 2023, describes himself as ‘patient’ and ‘extremely fair’. A bunch of singles are planning weddings and the E4 reality series Married at First Sight UK is in full swing. Since the first episode of the series aired last week, many brides and grooms have exchanged their holy matrimonial vows.
With a total of 36 episodes scheduled to air over the next few weeks, this year’s series is expected to be the biggest ever. One emotional episode of the series previously involved a groom abandoning the process after calling it a “fraud”. The father of three children lived alone for the previous two years as a bachelor, but as soon as he turned 40, he made the decision that he wanted to get married.
Terence identified himself as “very honest” and “extremely patient” before appearing on the program. He said that he does not consider himself a “jealous” person and that he is very gentle with women.
Terence spoke about his trip to MAFSUK, saying, “I think I handled myself really well throughout the process. I think my only regret is that sometimes I want to let myself go a little more.”
“I feel like I stayed true to myself and I think that was key.” He also explained what dinners are like, saying, “When you’re inside, you can’t even explain what dinner is like. It’s like the most intense feeling, I can’t even put it into words.”
Terence is the father of three children aged 23, 9 and 6. Terence wanted a company that would be part of his family life as he has a close relationship with his children.
The single father said: “For me, the woman I married had to be very good with children. If it’s someone who doesn’t care about the kids or doesn’t pay the interest, that would be a big flag for me.”

In a video that Terence posted, promoting his business, fans noticed that he failed to mention his wife.

Terence and Porsche’s marriage got off to a rocky start, and shortly after they started living together, Terence called the police.
As the only person with access to the flat in Wembley, where the broadcaster housed the couples throughout the TV experiment, he called the police who questioned his wife Porsha about the broken belongings. Terence protested to Channel 4 about his torn clothes and broken watches, but as a gesture of goodwill they replaced the damaged goods. The groom told friends: “Fair play to the show, it took forever and was a stressful wait, but in the end they got all my stuff sorted.”
The bride-to-be reportedly “broke two of his designer watches” and “cut his clothes” during a heated argument. After a contentious handover ceremony in which Terence decided to leave the TV experiment, it is claimed that the damage has been done.
According to MailOnline, Terence discovered broken items in their shared apartment and “had no choice” but to call the police. Porscha was the only other person who had access to the interior of the building, but according to sources, “no evidence” of who destroyed the clothes was discovered. The young woman vehemently denies allegations that she was ever questioned by the police.
The groom’s torn clothes, as well as his Michael Kors and Hugo Boss watches, were replaced by Channel 4.
A C4 spokesman said: “Some clothing was damaged on site but the associate either replaced the items or was reimbursed by the production.”
Porscha added: “It’s simply not true to say that I was questioned by the police. This never happened and this claim caused me terrible distress.”
When the pious Christian Porscha found out about Terence’s business, their relationship suffered an early strain. The DJ admitted to staying up late in nightclubs, but Porscha had a strict bedtime of 11 p.m.
Before even asking his name, Porsha questioned her new husband about his religious beliefs during the wedding. Terence eventually admitted that he had three children from a previous relationship as a result.
A source close to the show told MailOnline: “Porscha and Terence struggled to get along during the process and often had different ideas about their marriage. Terence repeatedly decided to leave the show while Porscha wanted to stay, so tensions in their partnership continued to grow. Terence discovered one morning that the things he had left in the apartment were damaged, his clothes were torn and his watches were broken. He had no choice but to call the police because he suspected that his bride might be the cause.
