The new season of MAFS UK returns in 2023 and one contestant Laura Vaughan describes herself as a “head bitch” and says she knows what she wants in life. She is convinced that this will be her “second happiness” even though she was already a bride because she did not give up on love.
Laura talked about her journey in the show with Grazia. “In everyday life, people have said to me: ‘We were a little worried about coming to talk to you,'” she explained. “I realized that it mostly comes down to my facial expressions, which I just don’t know how to do. After that, I was quickly hit, “Oh my god, you’re actually really nice.”
She said that participating in the show taught her not to attach emotions to someone’s first impression.

Laura is overcome with emotion as Married at First Sight UK’s second vows ceremony begins as she recalls Luke calling her a “gold digger”.
Laura closed it and said, “I’ve never needed a man to pay for anything in my life. It was fucking painful to hear when I had been used for it myself in the past. I actually paid for my last wedding, so if I’m a gold digger then I’m definitely doing it wrong.”
