Lords of the Fallen features a variety of ways for players to cross paths in multiplayer, including full seamless co-op and dangerous PVP skirmishes. How to get plucked eyeballs
Plucked eyeballs are obtained by avenging fallen players. To get revenge on someone, keep an eye out for lamps on the ground that show where a player was killed as you make your way through the game. When you see it, interact with it to find that it spawns moths that will fly to the enemy that knocked that player down, allowing you to kill the enemy in retaliation. Once you do, you’ll earn plucked eyeballs that you can then donate to the Shrine of the Pregnant Mother.
Where to donate plucked eyeballs

You can donate your plucked eyeballs to the Shrine of the Pregnant Mother in Skyrest. Use your Umbral Lamp to split into the Umbral Realm. While facing away from the rest here, take the stairs on the right. Pass the Molhu merchant on your right and continue to the cul-de-sac ahead to reach the Shrine of the Pregnant Mother.
Donations of plucked eyeballs add a bar of progress to which the whole contributes Lords of the Fallen community. As it fills up and reaches new levels, you’ll gain access to more and more unique loot that you can buy with more Plucked Eyeballs, so be sure to keep donating if you want to see new items appear.
