Talking about ‘how he prepared for the show’, he stopped lifting weights five months ago and jumped into CrossFit and made sure he didn’t bulk up and cut, eating lots of carbs. He also did yoga, rewatched a bunch of seasons and listened to a bunch of interviews with the winners just to think of a winner.
When speaking with parade.com, Kaleb also talked about how he identifies with Tyson, the winner, and Jeremy, both the winner and the loser. He said he sympathizes most with these former students Survived.
Before managing this social game full of mental and physical challenges, Kaleb expected to form an alliance with someone who had good control over his emotions and someone who could get along with many other people and relay information. It is not yet known whether he succeeded in this way.

Kaleb’s father Aschalew Gebrewold is a registered nurse at Fraser Health Authority in Vancouver, British Columbia. Before pursuing his career that way, he studied at the University of Saskatchewan. On his Facebook, the Vancouver, British Columbia resident also listed his marital status as “married.” Turns out he remarried sometime around March 2022.
