“We have recovered a door slat in the Bataclan with a Banksy piece depicting a sad young girl,” said a senior Italian carabinieri officer.
A work attributed to Banksy, a tribute to the victims of the attacks in November 2015 in Paris and in the summer of 2019 at the Bataclan, was found during the operation of the forces of order and peace in the center of Italy, at-on Wednesday learned from the police.

Made with a stencil and white paint at the end of June 2018, the work represents a figure in a state of recollection at one of the doors located behind the Bataclan, in the passage Saint-Pierre Amelot through which many Eagles of Death Metal concertgoers escaped during the attack on November 13, 2015.
