France recorded another 87 deaths related to Covid-19 on Tuesday, 53 of them in hospitals, bringing the total number of deaths since the start of the epidemic to 29,296, according to the balance sheet published by the General Directorate of Health. (DGS).
At the same time, the number of severe cases of Covid-19 requiring hospitalization in the intensive care unit continued to fall and fell below 1,000, with 955 cases or 69 less than the previous day.
