Man adds unique touch to his Navratri celebrations, dances underwater

The artist who is known for his underwater dance shared a video to show his amazing way of celebrating Navratri. The video shows him dancing underwater while wearing a traditional costume and holding sticks that look similar to the props used in the traditional dandiya dance form.

Jaydeep Gohil, whose Instagram bio says he is “India’s first underwater dancer”, shared the video. His page is full of exciting videos that capture him performing different dances underwater.

Gohil shared his special Navratri video with a caption that reads, “Navratri in Paradise.” A video opens showing the inside of the pool. The backdrop is decorated with elements traditionally seen at Navratri celebrations.

Gohil, who is seen wearing a dark blue kurta and pyjama, is seen holding dandy-like sticks. He then proceeds to dance to the song of Radha Radha.

The video was shared two days ago. It has since gone viral. So far, the video has garnered close to 6.7 million views, and the numbers are only growing. While some shared how difficult she looks, others praised the artist.
