As with many skins and cosmetics in Fortnite, you have to buy new Alien gear from the item shop using V-bucks. As soon as you start the game 26. February 2021, you’ll get a new Alina-themed scene, featuring Ripley facing off against the Xenomorphs. Head to the item shop to check out the different options. Unfortunately, there is no way to get them without using V-bucks, although you can earn this currency by leveling up the Battle Pass.

As you level up, you’ll often earn 100 V-Bucks, so now you might have enough for the cosmetics of your choice. If not, you’ll have to spend real money on V-bucks. Remember, 1000 V-bucks equals about $8. There are different V-buck packages that you can buy in the shop. To do this, go to the last menu on the right side of the home screen and you’ll see all your options, including the following:

  • 1000 V-Bucks — $8
  • 2800 V-Bucks — $20
  • 5000 V-Bucks — $32
  • 13,500 V-Bucks — $80

Additionally, Alien cosmetics are only available for a limited time, as indicated by the item shop counter. Here are the options you have for the new Alien cosmetics:
