Man purchases a Sony TV from Flipkart, ends up receiving this

User X Aryan took to the microblogging platform to share his experience with Flipkart. In tweets that have gone viral, Aryan claims that he ordered a Sony TV from the e-commerce platform but ended up getting something else. Not only that, but he also said that Flipkart has not yet helped him resolve his complaint.

“Purchased Sony TV from @Flipkart on 7th October, delivered on 10th October and Sony installation guy came on 11th October, unpacked the TV himself and we were shocked to see a Thomson TV inside the Sony box and without accessories like are stand, remote, etc.”

He further added, “I immediately raised this issue with Flipkart’s customer service and they asked me to upload the images of the TV, I uploaded the images as instructed, still they asked me to upload the images two or three times and I uploaded as asked . Even two weeks after my return request.”

At the end of his tweets, he shared that Flipkart has not yet processed his request. The e-commerce website first gave it a resolution date of October 24, which was later extended to November 1. However, on his account, the issue shows that it has been resolved, but Aryan claims that even his refund request has not been processed.

He also shared pictures of the TV he received and screenshots of his order and return request.
