After additional tests, it turned out on Wednesday that one patient at the Diakonessenhuis was infected with the corona virus. There are now three confirmed infections in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Another patient’s test results on Thursday are suspicious.
Both patients are in hospital isolation. The hospital will examine patients in the Diakonessenhuis in contact with were large. Public health continues to investigate the patient, in the privacy of the contact they had.
