How to Reset Amazon Fire TV Stick
Resetting the Amazon Fire TV Stick is a simple process, as long as you know where to look. Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1: Grab your Fire TV remote and navigate to settings icon. (It’s actually easier to just hold the Alexa button and say “Open Settings.”)

It’s that simple. The Fire TV Stick (or any other Fire TV device you’re working with) will take a few minutes to actually come back, which is not uncommon for Android-based devices. After that, you’ll be ready to set up your Fire TV Stick again.
