Mariwala agrees that ‘hard work is the backbone of success’. However, he believes: “It’s not about the hours worked. It’s about the quality and passion someone brings to those hours.”

He further emphasizes that young people should be given roles that represent a ‘challenge’ and foster ‘growth and learning’. According to him, when hard work leads to a ‘promising future’, people ‘are inclined to do their best’.

President Marico also emphasizes the importance of the organization’s work culture and work-life balance. “It is critical for organizations to foster a culture rooted in transparency, trust and meritocracy that is devoid of backbiting, backbiting and politicking. The ultimate goal should be to make work so invigorating and rewarding that the work-life balance paradigm seamlessly integrates,” he noted.

“When young professionals are passionate and see purpose in what they do, the need for ‘balance’ becomes a harmonious blend of personal and professional fulfillment,” he concluded his tweet.

“Agreed. But today quality is very subjective. So managers have given up looking for quality and always try to negotiate on salaries. If the right person is hired for the job, he will do it with passion and won’t feel overworked,” user X posted . To this Mariwala replied, “The key to talent management is finding the right people, identifying their strengths and placing them in roles that match their strengths. This helps create an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.”

Another added: “The relationship between management and employees is becoming more and more transactional, this trend needs to be reversed.” Mariwala responded to this comment and wrote, “This relationship is part of building a culture in any organization. It is a lengthy process, but it lays a strong foundation for the organization.”

“Undeniably, hard work is the backbone of success.” – Spicy Mariwala. That is the most important conclusion for me,” shared the third.

A fourth commented, “Exactly, sir. To the point. Only the hours hardly matter. The ability to ignite passion in young people is really important. It is necessary that the necessary atmosphere prevails. Within and without the organization. It cannot be an independent problem.”
