Noky Simbani, the beauty queen who competed for Great Britain at the Miss Universe pageant, entered the Big Brother house. Drama in the house could come from her marketing herself as “so competitive” and admitting she “shares her opinion” without being asked.
A TV source told the newspaper: “Noky is the ideal housemate. Not only is she beautiful, but she also has brains and a fantastic personality. Several casting producers were desperate to sign her to a reality show contract. But she didn’t want to choose something too obvious like Love Island. She felt that BB would show that there was more to her than looks.”
Noky told Big Brother producers that she likes challenges and that’s why she joined the show. She explained: “I’ve had so many amazing moments in my life, like going to Miss Universe as Miss Great Britain. I like doing something different and I think this is the next challenge I want to conquer. I want to show people what pageant girls are really like and break many stereotypes about them. I also show what it’s like to be a woman who has worked in male-dominated fields. I want to show that women are capable of doing anything they want to do.”
With the prize money, if he wins, Noky plans to visit his grandparents in Zimbabwe.

Noky Simbani works in finance, as a banker. She is responsible for working with people who earn at least £2 million a year.
Noky claims to be a “really important” feminist who believes that equal opportunities for women and men are necessary to progress in life. “Women can do anything men can do, and they can do it better,” Noky said, hinting at a provocative side that could cause tension down the line.
Also, Noky holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Birmingham. After working as an engineer, she is now a qualified chartered banker and currently works on leading marketing projects to support business growth.
Noky previously traveled to India to spend time with women disfigured by acid attacks.
As for her illustrious career, Noky competed in Miss Teen Great Britain 2012 as a 15-year-old and won Miss Grand England at 20 in 2017.
Noky wanted to remind people that participating in the competition is not just about looking the most beautiful on stage. Speaking shortly after being crowned Miss Universe GB, she said: “I can’t even fathom it. I’m still in shock. I literally fell to the floor. My knees buckled because I was in great shock. It’s the biggest prize you can win in a competition in the UK. A year ago I would never have told you I could do this, it felt beyond my wildest dreams.”
She added: “At pageants nowadays, it’s not just about being the prettiest face or walking well, you really have to have the whole package, and obviously beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so how you look doesn’t matter. really a factor, it’s more what you can bring as a total package.”
Speaking more about the gorgeous look, Noky added: “I realized that it’s not just about modeling, it’s a lot more. It’s about charity work, building a personal brand and becoming a better version of yourself. So I did well in the first one and thought I’d do more. In 2017 I won my first national selection and went to Vietnam to represent England, and it was amazing.”
