When Moriah appeared on Season 38 of The Challenge, she had a performance with Johnny Bananas. Although sparks flew, few viewers were sure that Moriah was ready to settle down with Johnny.

During The Official Challenge: Ride or Dies Reunion Podcast: Part 1 Moriah hinted that something had gone sour between the two of them and that their relationship was over. Devyn inquires with Tori, Aneese and Da’Vonne about the future of Bananas and Moria. Da’Vonne then reports that Moriah posted her single status on Instagram.
Tori says “…if they’re in a relationship, they’re going to play very low key because Johnny obviously doesn’t want that… and I think he kind of felt the heat of it, and he said ‘let’s keep it low’, and I think that’s the last time talked to her, three weeks ago—she was in love, so…”
In addition, Moriah confirmed the break during a Q&A. In one caption, she claimed that her life improved after she started trusting God instead of getting upset “when things don’t go my way.” She posted another caption in which she replied to a follower: “Yes, but no bad blood with anyone.”
On MTV’s Official Challenge Podcast, Moriah admitted that Johnny “Bananas” is not her typical guy because of his age and height. When the game started, she recalled how he tried to kiss her in the kitchen, but she claimed she refused, leading others to believe she was playing him. On the other hand, Moriah explained that she refused access because she didn’t know him well enough yet.
The last time they were probably together was after the end of the previous season when Moriah visited Johnny in LA. Although they didn’t appear together, Johnny posted a picture on IG of feeding the squirrels in his yard, and she posted a story of feeding the squirrels in his yard.

Moriah appeared on the Challenge Mania podcast after her departure, talking about her biggest regret of the season. When asked about her current business relationship with Fessy, the rookie said she wished she had given more “honest” answers in her confessional.
Moriah Jade’s surgery
From season 38 to 39, Moriah Jadea looked a little different as she had a nose job in early 2023. She took to Twitter to address plastic surgery rumors after followers commented on her new nose.
Moriah said: “I’ve seen some comments regarding my nose job since the reunion posts. Guys, I haven’t even made it past 3 months post surgery. The healing time is one year. You should have seen me the first month.”
The Challenge star was previously scheduled for surgery when she appeared on the show. She then posted an update on her treatment on her Instagram Story, but fans are concerned about her nose.
