For the last few days, Delhi-NCR has been facing dangerous levels of air pollution affecting people’s health. However, luckily, the capital and its surrounding areas received rain on Thursday night and Friday morning, giving citizens plenty of respite.

The Regional Weather Center has predicted rainfall in Delhi and NCR, Sohana, Rewari, Aurangabad, Hodal (Haryana) Bijnaur, Sakota Tanda, Hastinapur, Chandpur, Daurala, Meerut, Modinagar, Kithor and Amroha on Friday morning. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the AQI of Delhi and neighboring areas has improved slightly.
