“I’m just entering the comments to ask for an answer because I’m lazy,” one person shamelessly admitted.

Some thought his hair might be different, but this was the wrong answer.

“The right hand has a tattoo and the other doesn’t,” said another, which was also the wrong answer.

The answer to the puzzle is that the top photo does not have a tattoo on his right shoulder, while the bottom photo does.
