The piece was created by Oleg Shupilak, a Ukrainian artist known for his fascinating works.

The surrealist sketch appears to show only one woman, but upon closer inspection, there is more than meets the eye.

The piece is called Four Women and has baffled fans as they try to spot them all.

The initial woman is the easiest to spot as the main figure of the portrait.

Sporting a flowing skirt and cropped flowing top, she appears to be talking on the phone as her hair curls behind her.

Those with hawk eyes may be able to spot the other woman if they glance at where her phone should be.

Instead of a phone, on her palm, eagle-eyed viewers can see a woman’s face.

If you then look at her more fully, it becomes clear that her entire arm forms the body of a woman in a long dress.

Her fingers, which at first appeared to be holding the phone to her ear, were actually the hands of another woman.

A third woman can be seen in the same area.

To the left, in what initially appears to be a loose lock of the first woman’s hair, a third face can be discerned.

The side profile of the nose, lips and eyes can be seen from the back of the second woman.

Only a true genius can spot the fourth woman without a few hints.

First, a pair of lips can be seen on the stomach of the first woman, just above the navel.

Her navel serves as a hollow on her chin.

If you move your eyes upwards, you will see what appears to be the necklace of the first woman – this is actually closed around the fourth, older woman.

The nose is curved and is formed by the slightly curved body of the other woman.

She has a slight fringe and flowing hair with what looks like an old-fashioned shirt collar where the first lady’s skirt is.

This woman makes up the whole picture and is easy to spot if you squint and zoom out.

Those still struggling can take a look at Shupliak’s website, where there is a close-up version of the image for viewers to see easily.

Shupliak creates many illusions similar to this one, including one that looks similar to Marilyn Monroe.
