Yeri of the legendary girl group Red Velvet will soon appear as the main character in Cheongdam International High School, OTT’s teen thriller. SM Entertainment has announced that the Red Velvet star will be starring in the next film as Baek Je-na, the heir to the Hanmyeong Group (conglomerate). This will be the idol’s third attempt at acting, after appearing on Drama Stage – Mint Condition and tvN’s Blue Birthday last year. According to SM Entertainment, Yera’s character Baek Je-na will reign as the queen of ‘Diamond 6’, the elite group of Cheongdam International High School, in the K-drama.
