In GB News, Nana presents. She hosted Live Tonight on GB News. In an interview with Sky News Australia, she said that GB News “has made a splash” with the UK audience. On July 19, 2021, it was revealed that she would be leaving Great British Breakfast to host a new show called Nana Akua on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Since then, he’s been on her schedule every Friday afternoon.

Her radio career began by accident. Nana originally applied for a position at Kiss 100 as a funding assistant to a newly graduated intern although she originally planned to work as a trader like her father after listen to a previous consulting partner on TV and radio.

To start Capital Interactive, Nana then moved to Capital Radio. One day, when she turned off the computer and saw herself on the screen, she decided to realize her ambition to become a presenter. She quit her job at Capital and successfully secured a trainee DJ position at The Capital Radio Café. Nana finally got her own Drivetime Show on Fusion 107.3.

Her first TV gig was with Bid and Discount, where she held live auctions four hours a day, five days a week. The experience was invaluable, and she combined the position with her work as a live game show host for Sky Vegas, totaling over 10,000 hours. She then went on to present the pilot Money Show for BBC Three and the Holiday Show in prime time on BBC One.

Previously, Nana has presented local, regional and national radio for the BBC. She also served as a panelist for Channel 5’s ‘Jeremy Vine’ and regularly appeared on ITV’s ‘Good Morning Britain’. Her great passion outside of work is fitness. Nana founded LadyXsize, a brand and fitness guru that got her on track.
