Meet Jennifer Moudy, the late wife of TikToker Bobby Moudy
Jennifer Moudy married her late husband Bobby Moudy on March 13, 2004 and they were happily married until Bobby left this world in May 2023.
Just two months before Bobby committed suicide, Jennifer took to her IG to write: “In less than two weeks we will be celebrating 19 years of marriage 🤗. You are the best decision I have ever made! You always give 110% and we are so grateful for everything you do! I love you!” At that moment, she didn’t even know what was going on in her husband’s mind that would lead him to end her life.
After the death of the TikToker, Jennifer shared her cousin’s “great post” on her IG. She said: “We all have so many thoughts and feelings, but few words to express them. It’s hard to explain how one minute you’re heartbroken by the amount of pain and despair he’s endured, and the next you’re furious at the decisions he’s made.”
He then reminded everyone to channel their anger over the choice and their grief over the loss of an amazing father, husband, son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend.
Supposedly 45,979 families experienced this pain, and on average 130 suicides occur daily.
“It is not correct to see the amount of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts and death in pediatrics increase exponentially in the last 10 years. We have to be better,” she added.
Finally, he urged everyone to raise awareness on social media and asked friends and family to look behind the “happy and smiling faces” of their loved ones because they can sometimes hide “sadness, hopelessness and despair.”
