It made perfect sense when Chelsea brought her super-rich client to take a look at the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home, listed for just under $5.5 million, built on nearly 5,000 square feet.
When Chelsea introduced him to Neeraj Selling Sunset, he revealed that Niraj had recently sold his company for $1 billion. Neeraj writes on his Instagram bio that he is the former CEO and Chairman of Byte, a brand of invisible teeth aligners.

Neeraj was previously the CMO and CRO at True Car. He began his career in finance in 1997 when he worked as a summer analyst at the investment bank UBS. He graduated with a degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
