John Douglas is the Nepenthez henchman who was thrown into the spotlight thanks to a now-deleted video accusing Nepenthez of fraud and a fraudulent mortgage. In addition, he also talked about his problems by stating that Nepenthez did not help him when he wanted to start his own YouTube channel.
In the video, John said: “Let me start with Craig Douglas (Nepenthez). This guy, if we investigate him in 2017, he had 120 YouTube subscribers, he was broke, he had no money, he used his uncle, who’s a real estate agent, to fake his mortgage application so he and his girlfriend could get their first house. In 2017, Craig Douglas went to court and lied about his court nonsense.”
He went on to say: “Craig Douglas made a fortune scamming kids on YouTube. He absolutely manipulated kids between the ages of eight and 15 into stealing their parents’ credit card information and passing it on to him. Many families have been victims of this and now I can tell you that Craig Douglas Nepenthez has made millions from all this fraud. “Now he was smiling kindly and modestly. I was a trucker for a few years and woke up one day and decided I wanted more and talked to Nepenthez. I told him I’d like to start my own YouTube.”
Nepenthez apparently denied the “harmful” allegations in another viral video that has since been deleted. The Youtuber said in the video: “A year and a half ago I had to take my brother to court because he was harassing and abusing me and manipulating me and he was hard to deal with. The final straw was when he started yelling at my kids.” He then pointed out that he wasn’t broke at the time because he already had a YouTube career that spanned several years. “Money wasn’t as good as it is these days. . on social media, but I wasn’t broke,” he added.
To address the alleged fraudulent mortgage, Craig also said that his uncle was the mortgage broker who bought the mortgage for him and his girlfriend. However, he claimed that there was “no fraud” involved in the mortgage purchase process.
Later in the video, Craig even referred to a court case after he ran a website that allowed players to gamble online. “I didn’t lie in court about anything. I was convicted of allowing and promoting gambling without a license,” he said.
For those unaware, in 2016 the YouTuber pleaded guilty to offenses under the UK Gambling Act and was ordered to pay an £8,000 fine and £80,000 in court costs.

He started his Youtube channel in March 2006, but now his first video “God Damn It” is dated March 2010 and his most viewed videos are Free Pack Glitch, Fifa 13 Skill Games Free Kicks (4/8) and The Richest Club In Fifa!! – Fifa 15 Ultimate Team.
In addition to Youtube, Nepenthez also streams on Twitch with over 557,000 followers. There he mainly plays Minecraft and League of Legends.
