Vivian McDonald is the owner of Westside Joe’s Bikes. She has been employed since May 2015. On Webster Street, Joe’s first bike shop opened in 1939. In the 1970s, Joe hired Chris (Grae’s brother) to help him assemble the bikes . Joe’s wife sold the business to Rick and Judy after she passed away.
