WTC India squad 2023: The Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the squad for the upcoming World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia. The match will take place at the Rose Bowl in Southampton from June 18-22.

Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill will open Team India. Due to KL Rahul’s hamstring injury during IPL 2023, he will miss the WTC Finals. Yashasvi Jaiswal will replace Ruturaj Gaikwand due to his former marriage.

WTC India lineup mid-row 2023
Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli will form the mainstay of the Indian batting squad. Pujara is a great tennis player, known for his patience and focus, while Kohli is one of the most destructive players in the world. Ajinkya Rahane will also be looking to contribute with batman, while KS Bharat will provide some solidity to the team in the lower mid region.
WTC India roster 2023 All Rounds
Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja are two of the best spinners in the world and they will be the key to India’s success in the WTC finals. Ashwin is a master pitcher and occasional bat thrower. Jadeja is a complete player who can contribute with both bat and ball.
Axar Patel and Shardul Thakur are also on the team as all-rounders. Shardul is a realistic all-around player who can give the team a boost.

Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj are two of the world’s most promising fast pitchers and they will be looking to capitalize on British conditions in the WTC final. Umesh Yadav is an experienced pitcher who will give the team some extra speed, while Jaydev Unadkat is a young pitcher known for his bowling skills.
