Roe Hartrampf’s father, Carl Hartrampf III was born to his father, Carl Roerig Hartrampf, Jr., and Patricia Hartframpf. Carl’s father graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1956 with an MD, trained in general surgery at UNC Chapel Hill followed by training in plastic surgery at Washington University (Barnes Hospital), St. Louis.
