Sukanya Krishnan is the first Indian-American woman to break into the mainstream news market in the United States. The former New York morning news anchor recently sat down with the cast members of Sister Wives One on One in December 2022. From her first stint as a general assignment reporter in 1997 until now, Sukanya has come a long way. In 2019, Sukanya penned these long, beautiful words after realizing that her 80-year-old father and 79-year-old mother were no longer the invincible adults they had always seemed to her. This day she said that she was different. As Sukanya watched the two walk away, she said, it really struck me that her parents were getting old. Having said all that and more, she promised herself that she would never take another moment with them for granted. She vowed to express more love and make sure her parents feel appreciated.
