Netflix’s Money Shot: The P/rnHub Story follows Noelle Perdue, a confident and consensual p/rn advocate, as she discovers the dark side of P/rnHub. Having worked with MindGeek for years, Noelle was fed up with the horrible videos being uploaded to P/rnHub and was even more upset that the company seemed to have no interest in removing them. But it’s clear that some of P/rnHub’s detractors have equated sex work with sex trafficking, something Noelle has railed against.
Speaking more about it, she said, it’s “the end product of a project I’ve been involved with for the past two years; I was interviewed and also worked as an archivist and consultant, primarily as a fact checker and visual reference maker for historical items.”
“You want me to say everything you’ve ever had to explain at a party or to relatives or literal strangers on the Internet, you want me to give each element of this incredibly complicated topic the time, energy and care it deserves.” ,” she added.
Now, after filming the show and revealing the secrets of P/rnHub to the world, Noelle continues to do everything she can to control the non-consensual p/rn. She is also researching temperance, obscenity law, data mapping, generative algorithms, and the history of “new media,” and is developing her mechanical theater (praxinoscope) that displays AI-generated pornography.

Noelle Perdue Career
Noelle Perdue describes herself as a “nearly perfect writer, artist, p/rn internet historian, and collector.” She is an ap/rn industry specialist and advocate with extensive experience in computer programming.
So how did a computer programmer start writing p/rn scripts? Well one day he just googled “p/rn screenwriter, is that a job?” and I learned that it is! Also, for your curiosity, MindGeek was hiring at the time. Now connect the dots.
After joining the company in 2016, she spent three years working as a writer, producer, and talent scout in Montreal, eventually landing a job as a screenwriter for ap/rn.
Don’t get excited, for those of you who daydream about work, it’s not as much fun as it sounds. “MindGeek is a hilariously boring office space; gray carpet, gray booth, somewhat open concept. It was really like working at a tech company,” Noelle said.
Dissatisfied, Noelle left MindGeek around 2020 and started working with AI since she had a background in coding. But she never liked programming or being a programmer. So instead, she now uses her computer science expertise to make “toys.” This is more like “the next phase of the experiment”: an update on her work as an ap/rn writer, she said.
Also, he developed chatbots where “AI is more than a friend.”
