Plus, thanks to her win, Dagmara got some screen time as Michael was met with a hug as soon as he won the championship.
Before his end, Michael wanted Dagmara to stay home because, with the already immense pressure of his wife’s eyes on him, he felt he might break down. However, she Dagmara did not miss one of the most important nights of her life.
“He’ll be here tomorrow. She already said she was coming, I said she shouldn’t, and then she cursed me and said ‘I’m coming,'” Michael said afterwards.
