To say that Todd Chrisley and his sister-in-law disagreed would probably be an understatement. But one thing they have in common is that one is currently serving time in prison, while the other has also done her fair share of it in the past.
Todd’s ex-sister-in-law, Pamela, was arrested in 2016 for allegedly trying to blackmail the Chrisley family with money in exchange for not revealing “family secrets” to the public, as previously reported. Statements from Todd and his mother, Faye Chrisley, have just surfaced online, detailing some of the alleged harassment and threats against Pamela in recent months. They also claim that Pamela had a similar story with her previous mother-in-law, which resulted in her arrest.
Faye gave her statement on February 24, while Todd’s was obtained on March 3. Faye claims in her statement that Randy Chrisley (Pamela’s ex-husband), her son and Todd’s brother, informed her of his and her husband Pamela’s impending separation in late October. 2015.
“During this tumultuous period, Pamela started calling and texting me threatening messages,” Faye said. “She demanded that she deposit money into her account or, as she put it, ‘she wanted to destroy my family.’ She also sent me numerous text messages threatening to ‘blow my brains out’ if she caught me in town.”

At the beginning of his affidavit, Todd Chrisley states that he has only seen Pamela “6 to 8 times since he was introduced in 2012.” Todd claims that Pamela wanted to appear on Chrisley Knows Best with her husband Randy, and when that didn’t happen, the threats began. Todd and her family reportedly denied Pamela’s $100,000 hush request and told her to stop talking to them.
The reality star spoke to Radar Online about extorting Pam in an affidavit. The site reported that “her sister-in-law threatened to kill ella Faye’s mother by ‘stepping on her face’”. Todd added: “I don’t know Pamela and hopefully I never have to. She threatened my family and tried to extort money from us. No one, I repeat, NO ONE, belittles or threatens my family without suffering severe consequences for it.”
Pamela’s ex, Randy, was also arrested in October 2016. He allegedly stole $22 worth of candy from a Dollar General store in South Carolina, according to RadarOnline.com. In an incident report obtained by the site, the responding officer said Randy’s “pants were littered with objects” and that “a crunching plastic-like noise was coming out of his pants.”
Randy told the officer that he “put the candy in his pants because he had nowhere to use it,” but the report says that “the sweatpants were stuck to his legs, preventing the candy from getting out.” After arranging to have his car towed and his son, who was 11 at the time, picked up, he was taken to the Westminster Police Department.
