Miho Lee on Netflix’s Physical 100
The highly anticipated game series, Netflix’s Physical 100, premiered on January 24, 2023, and within a week, it was ranked #7 on Netflix’s Top 10 TV Shows list. Created by Jang Ho-gi, Physical 100 followed 100 contestants, including Miho Lee, of different nationalities, ages, and genders as they competed against each other to prove their physical prowess. But the winner did not just take home the title of “most perfect physique.” They were also entitled to a prize of 300 million won (about $243,000).
“Fight to the death. Survive to the end.” These were the words that appeared in the advertisement for the series.The contestants competed for survival solely with their physical strength.
In the first episode, Miho and the other contestants were placed in a massive space where plaster casts of their torsos were on marble pedestals, arranged in concentric circles around a fountain. Then they walked around admiring each other’s real/chosen bodies, reifying and judging each other.
The show also exuded Squid Game vibes as the ushers and security staff wore gray jumpsuits with most of their faces covered.
So, for the first challenge, the contestants were required to hang from a device suspended high in the air. Through this, the contestants quickly realized that the show is not just a test of brute strength, but also stamina and mental strength.
Later, depending on how long they lasted, players were ranked 100 to 1, and in turn had to choose who they would face in the first mission: the ball fight.

Is Miho Lee dating anyone?
Miho Lee didn’t reveal who she was dating in 2023. We’re not even sure if she had a boyfriend before joining Physical 100.
But boyfriend or not, the star certainly enjoyed life in his own way. Surrounded by friends, Miho used to train at the gym, climb mountains, or dive in the sea. Some of her friends included Physical 100 cast members Choi Sung-hoon and Dustin Nippert.
Also, Miho had two lovely cats named Miho and Yong-gam. Both were stray cats. “Pets are family, not objects. Don’t throw them away,” he quoted.

Miho Lee was supposedly born in 1996. She was then 26 years old when she appeared on Physical 100 in 2023.
She was one of the youngest contestants that season.

Miho Lee is a fitness trainer. In 2023, she worked at Gym Tipi, a gym located in the Sinchon district of Seoul, South Korea.
Gym Tipi was opened in July 2018 by Korean rapper Swings.
Following Mih’s time on Physical 100, the gym’s official IG page also shared some tips on how the trainer trained for the show. They mentioned that Miho used the Newcom weight machine, Dirax Stairway to Heaven, Incline Treadmill, Beautybuilder Kim Shrust, Free Weight Zone Weightlifting Platform, and Private Shower Cabin to increase muscle strength.
Additionally, good nutrition and a positive state of mind were key to his success.
But Miha’s appearance on Physical 100 wasn’t the only time she was in the spotlight. In February 2018, she also finished second in the Spox Nava Sports Model and made headlines.
Recalling her participation, she said: “When I started the diet, I didn’t even think I would get a real medal, but I guess I was lucky to participate. With about 3 weeks left, my mentality started to shake, but when I think about it after going through it, it doesn’t seem like much. it’s in vain.”
Furthermore, Miho added that even though she failed to win the season, the support she received from her supporters was more than rewarding. “I was so happy! I’m thankful I came and it gives me energy to see your face, but I was doubly happy that you even bought me a lot of food. I should train to be taller. I’ll never forget the kindness of the people around me.” explained.
Regarding her education, Miho graduated from SangMyung University in 2019.
Trivia: The average personal trainer (Mih’s job) in Korea earned around 30 million KRW a year.

Miho Lee is 5 feet 7 inches (169 cm) tall and weighs 60 kg (132 pounds).
