Ginger was a member of DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution, an organization to which she was a proud member for over 70 years. She had a radio show on WELI for a time in the 1940s, where she also reported on traffic. An accomplished pianist, she gave home piano lessons to local students in the 1960s. Later in her life, Ginger worked as a school secretary at the Chapman School for 14 years. Nancy’s mom died on January 12, 2019.
