Reynolds wears a hood that hides the rest of his body, but it appears he may be wearing some facial prosthetics, suggesting these scenes take place after Wade undergoes experiments and suffers terrible deformation. That would certainly explain why he looked so annoyed.

Reynolds was recently seen with very short hair, which could make portraying bald/scarred Wade Wilson easier and reinforce his image as a tough mercenary. At least in this version of the original story, his mouth doesn’t seem to be sealed – after all, Deadpool’s mouth is his primary weapon of choice.
