Daniel Birnbaum is a talent manager who began his career as an assistant at a local agency.

In late 2012 he joined The Talent House as a youth agent and in June 2013, the rookie took over the film and television departments as well as working with the youth roster.

And now, since 2022, Daniel works as a manager at The Talent House. There, he is well known for his ability to develop new and undiscovered talent and has credits spanning major network, cable and broadcast platforms, both domestically and internationally.

In addition to his work at The Talent House, Daniel has also founded a boutique agency called Vision Drag Artists (in July 2020) that represents some of the “best Drag and LGBTQIA2S+ artists in the country.” It is Canada’s first boutique drag performance agency that has worked with venues, events and promoters around the world booking festivals, one-on-one shows, solo tours, college, corporate and private events, as well as on-camera and endorsement deals.
