Atlanta chef Christan Willis was previously married to his ex-wife Imani Greer.
Christian and her ex-husband Imani fell in love and are now happily married. They “fell in love by accident,” their marriage record in Zola states. While Christan was still in his first year of culinary school and Imani was working as a sous chef at White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails, they first met at the Taste of Atlanta.
Imani was working at a random restaurant store that day where Christan was assigned to volunteer. He spent the whole day talking about the kitchen, cooking together and tasting food from various restaurant tents.
Although they loved to cook and appreciated their innate chemistry, Christan and Imani became close, dating for three years. But there is no doubt that they faced difficulties in their relationship. They had to deal with occasional dating and long-distance relationships, which put their love for each other to the test.
At the Botanical Garden Christmas lighting that year, held in pouring rain, Imani Greer proposed to Christan.
