Beyoncé Reveals Why She Wrote “Renaissance”

Giselle Knowles-Carter, wife of rapper Jay Z, released more information about Beyoncé’s new album, “Rebirth.”

On Thursday, the American singer-songwriter shared an incredible image of her riding a see-through horse in her official Twitter and Instagram account along with some comments.

Beyoncé, a mother of three, wrote:

  • The creation of this album gave me a place to daydream and find escape during a terrible time for the world.
  • It allowed me to feel free and adventurous at a time when little else was going on.
  • My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place without perfectionism or overthinking.
  • A place to scream, let go, feel free. It was a wonderful journey of exploration.
  • I hope you find joy in this music. I hope it inspires you to get rid of restlessness. Ha! And feel unique and strong and sexy as you are.”

The first song from the upcoming album, “Break My Soul”, was released last week and quickly became a hit.

The release date of the album “Renaissance” is July 29. In 2016, Beyoncé released her latest studio album, “Lemonade.”

In her next album, Beyonce could incorporate more Afrobeat and Amapiano music.
