TMZ broke the news of Lil Tjay being shot on Wednesday.
The young rapper is currently undergoing an emergency operation after being shot, the report said.
Tjay was shot in Edgewater, New Jersey, soon after midnight, according to law enforcement officials quoted by TMZ.
According to information obtained by NEWSTARS Education.com, there were two shooting locations: one was a neighboring Chipotle restaurant, and the other was an Exxon gas station.
According to the report, the Exxon victim was shot once, while the victim at the Chipotle restaurant was shot many times.
Although authorities are looking for the gunmen who shot rapper Tjay, they are still on the run.
