Donald first opened his practice in 1979. He’s supposed to have gotten women pregnant until 1986. He seemed to think he’d never get caught. But that was certainly not the case. He lost his license. The documentary now suggests that the judge looked at Cline’s case and was incredibly understanding of him. At first it seemed like he got away with a year of probation and a $500 fine.
