Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, was denied bail in his RICO case on Thursday (June 2) due to public safety fears and flight risk.

Don Geary, prosecuting, reported to the court the following.

  • “We have been receiving offers from fellow gang members of Mr. Williams”
  • “Some are in this accusation, others are not. They formally declared that Mr. Williams was dangerous, that they feared him, that if they betrayed him he would kill them and his family. And they were very clear about it.”
