Jada Pollock Blasts Grammys For Giving Wizkid Award To Angelique Kidjo

Jada Pollock criticizes the Grammys for giving Angelique Kidjo the Best Global Music Album award to Wizkid.

On Sunday, April 3, the winner for Best Global Music Album was announced at the 2022 Grammy Awards, kicking off a lot of dramas

Singer Wizkid lost two nominations to Arooj Aftab, Mohabbat and Angelique Kidjo.

Wizkid did not win any awards despite the success of their Made in Lagos album.

However, Jada Pollock was furious and disappointed that the Grammys ignored her artist.

Chris Brown’s former manager reflected on the accolades, charts and airplay Made In Lagos has garnered.

She tweeted: “When all is said and done, the facts speak louder than a forum full of opinions.”

She continued: “I’ll leave it here.”
